Source corrections

Loading close is paired with a successful show by the same request. Disabled or early-failed requests do not close another request's Loading. Cache keys respect per-request baseURL overrides. Failed download triggering releases temporary elements and object URLs. A missing navigator.onLine is not an explicit offline state. These are unreleased source corrections, not a claim that a released package has been revalidated.
